Air - Gatwick/Heathrow/Luton/Stanstead to Glasgow/Edinburgh/Inverness - Ebookers - EasyJet - BA - BMI
Road - Henley to Fort William = 500 miles = 8hrs 29 minutes according to Multimap (Also try Whole route link may not work)
Coach -National Express - Citylink
Rail - Seems not to be a good option. - TheTrainLine or Nationalrail - You MIGHT get a sleeper train for a really good price.
