Our Traditional Boxing Day row 26th December 2010 dawned bright, with sun upon enough remaining snow to remind us it had been a white Christmas. A thin film of ice encircled Molly and the reeds, the mooring lines and cover were stiff with ice, but even gentle rowing was enough to thaw the fingers. A merry party of non-rowing friends and relatives awaited us at Mill Meadows with mulled wine, mince pies and Christmas cake.
